Unprofessional staffs. It seems they think they are doing a favour on us. I guess you have opened your lab to serve people's. However, it's not that you are not charging a hefty fees for it. But there is a lack in service. Had asked for home visit for samples, but nobody turned even after registering for visit When called them to check an update, they were clueless, neither they were interested to ask for details again. So that they can correct their mistake and show up. Avoid them. There are few more close by, better try them out. AMRUT pathology is far more older than this pathology. But they know how to stay in business.
