I contacted scrapwale through their website. The person on the phone seemed very professional. As asked I sent the person photos of my old scooter to be sold for scrap. After that there was hardly any communication from his side. No picking up my calls or messaging me on WhatsApp. Finally I had to bluntly say that he has no interest in my scooter but could have told me so.
