The ambiance was impressive. The place had a warm feel to it. Yet the service was as dull. We ordered for Thai Curry and Rice,Dum Biryani and Mashed potatoes. The food was delicious. But the staff seemed disinterested to serve us. To the point that we had to wait for ten minutes to be served water. For dessert, we ordered warm dark chocolate cake mud cake, but it wasn't warm, nor was it dark chocolate, nor was it mud cake. It was merely a pastry taken out from the cold store and dumped on our table. We expect better service from fine dining places.

The Spread is fine.. But too many choices. Also only few items like Grilled Lamb or Biryani or fried prawns were good. Rest of food not up to the mark. Desert counter was Good

Was on a dinner date with my wife and had one of the best dinning experiences of my life. The hospitality the staff show is outstanding. The food was also great as you can see in our plates. All in all if u want to make a evening special with your loved one try the seasonal tastes.

Not worth for money. Food for a 5 star bad taste and fare. HYGIENE STANDARD PATHETIC, THEY PRODUDLY SAY THAT HOTEL IS DESIGNED AMERICAN STYLE AND THEY USE TISSUES AND NOT HEALTH FOSSET. SO DIRTY. I DONT WISH TO AMERICAN IF THIS THE STANDARD. OVERALL WESTIN KOLKATA AND WESTIN MUMBAI DISAPPOINTED. THEIR WAITER TOOK AGES TO GET A SPOON. Taj beats them hands down.
