i had bought a gayatri mantra machine 2 months back. It stopped working. at the time of purchase was told 1 week warranty. when i visited the store he told me warranty is over. I understand that. When i requested him to see the machine at least once he denied very bluntly and told that even when you buy one lakh mobile there is only 6 months warranty. True, but at least he should have the courtesy to see the instrument once. At the same time one customer was buying the same thing and he told me not to speak in front of him. To nail the whole thing he told me He hardly earns anything from the machine and keeps it for Charity. The problem is not the machine not working but his attitude. Buy Online guys. this attitude kills the shop culture.
