Very Bad Experience Guys I had Gifted a Voucher to my friend after which the lockdown was imposed and since then there is neither any refund given back nor any calls been answered as to what is to be done further Don't waste your money here they are just here to grab your money witb no after sale service

Recently, I visited the best spa in town, literally. First and foremost, the set-up of the room is sooo beautiful, you feel so much at peace coz of the ambience created. I took the Full Body Relaxing Massage, and the masseuse was so professional, she made sure I was at most comfort. I was welcomed with a nice Herbal tea, which was all the more relaxing. The services are really nice. You guys must visit one of their centres, totally recommended!

This lux Spa has they perfect combination of luxury and ambience you long for during a massage session. The masseuse are well trained. The 45-minutes deep skin massage helped me with physical and mental detox and made me feel rejuvenated. 5/5 for L'Occitane.

Terrible service for salon services. They always give out appointments and cancel them last minute with the exact same excuse Everytime. Thoroughly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

The Manager , Sachin was really helpful and kind in advising me the proper treatment according to my requirements. He was kind enough to even enlighten me about what all treatments were beneficial for. Kim , my masseuse was too good. I'd recommend her! The overall ambience and the treatment was good too.
