Honest review tried 3 studios before, one in bandra one in malad west , but after using TRENDZ hair systems found out what i was really missing in terms of quality and after sales service, very friendly forth coming staff , Mr. Firoz Patni even opened his studio for me at 11pm in the night as i had an urgent long stay abroad , no one does something like this nowadays . Thanks guys

This review is only for Trendz Advanced Hair Care Solutions at Samantha Aishwarya, Suite 814, B wing, Oshiwara, Andheri West Mumbai. A BIG WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. I’d been there last year, bought a couple of hair systems, initially things seemed good but later this guy named Firoz backed out completely off his commitments with a very rude tone. It seems he knows nothing about his business but he’s a very high class con man. The systems arrive a month or 45 days later after the promised period. If you ask him to treat the system, initially he agrees but once the payment is done he conveniently backs out insulting you badly. This man is very far away from the word ETHICS. Had there been an option of giving negative rating, I’d given 5 negative stars.
