Worst experience. My mother had back pain and three x-rays were taken. The technician did not seem to be a professional and returned just one x-ray. He charged Rs. 1400/- and on questioning about the other two, he said patient was not cooperative, wheras my mother bore the pain and still cooperated to the best of her abilities. Thereafter he reduced the bill to Rs. 700.

Had a great experience at Vital Imaging Centre. Very supportive staffs. And they also accept digital payment as well which is one of the good thing. There might be one suggestion from my side which I noticed, the area where patients wait must be more wide and there must be installed working Air conditions. The reason for my suggestion is the area is not so wide and patients in waiting list are more and it is taking time, so it feels suffocation.
