Person over there is not giving proper answer to my queries and also they will not give reports on time. So its better to go for another Lab for reports.

Never have I encountered such a 3rd class downgraded lab People at the Lab dont know how to Talk to customers once u pay the money they act like they are doing you a Favour by doing the test.. If you dont need the business shut down your shop When i asked for my report they are telling me we dont disclose the report to the patient to which I asked if not to the they patient then whom do u disclose it to.. outsiders..? Utter lack of professionalism.. DO NOT GO FOR THIS LAB REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT I dint ask fot your consultation.. I asked for my report or the results of my report which is exactly what I paid you for. Consultation is what I went to the doctor for. testing is what I came to you for so dont mislead others. Instead of accepting your mistake you still wanna pass the blame onto others...
