Have been visiting this place since past 15 years and it’s a great place to get in a head to toe service. All the staff are very professional and specially my therapist Sachin Badekar. I am very with their warm gestures and good ambience. Do visit the Centre.!

Very bad experience, I was late for 8 minutes to the salon that to because there is no sign board for the place in the whole lane and I was trying to locate the salon and they denied my appointment saying that there is a politician coming in, as the next appointment, so can't keep him waiting and the Hair Dresser at present is extremely rude.

Amongst all other branded chains of beauty parlours, VLCC is the best on many counts. They have transparent pricing so there are no nasty surprises. They also have an extremely broad range of options for each service so you can choose from the basic to the most indulgent. Their premises are clean and cheery, their equipment is good (not necessarily the latest but certainly good quality) and when it is not peak hours they stick to the appointments without delays. Their staff are adequately trained but I feel there is scope for better training. They know the how to of most services but usually don't know why one option is better than the other or the differences between options. They are also not trained to identify skin types or hair types. As long as YOU know what you need it works. For expert advisory service you need to consult their very senior personnel who are usually busy and unavailable. My experience is limited to their hair, waxing, facial, mani-pedi services. Can't comment on the other services. I think VLCC is the only brand where you can pre-purchase services online at discounts. Peak time there is usually a wait and things can get a bit chaotic.

This place is worth single penny. The branch head Ms. Mumtaz is the most courteous lady I've overcame across in life. The staff is super awesome and are very empathetic. My therapist Mr. Sachin Badekar is the most efficient and empathetic person along being energetic at work. His talks gives you homely feeling. ( Please note : This is my personal experience with the VLCC branch of Marine Drive and not paid review )
