Totally unprofessional behaviour. He wasted 3 days of mine giving all false commitments. Finally decided to get the laptop repaired through someone else. First day he told me he is in the neighbouring building and will come in 1 hr. Inspite of follow ups. He does not turn up till late. Next day he told me his engineer will reach in 45 mins. Nearly 6 hours of waiting and no engineer turns up and he does not even give the engineers number so that I can check the truth. Would never recommend

They provide one of the worst service of its kind. My PC is lying with them for past one month & they don't seem to be responsible enough to give it back to me. They don't even answer calls or reply to the msgs sent by me. Made a big mistake by trusting these guys with my system. Would suggest you to go for a renowned person who can give proper service.
