A serene calm and quiet resort in the backwaters of Ashtamudi lake. Neat and clean cottages though not every cottage is lake facing. Restaurant is available and can dish out lip smacking dishes of your choice. Ample parking space is available. They have a pond where guests can try fishing, they resort kitchen can cook that fish for you. Guests can also try their canoing skills too. For sightseeing they can arrange guide and they have their own boat and boatsman to take you for canoe ride. Canoe ride costs INR 1000.00 and carries only 5 people in a canoe. The resort can also accommodate day picnic at nominal price. Google maps are accurate and will map you to destination accurately.

Great location. Wonderful value for money. Rooms are quite decent. Vegetarian food is a challenge. The service staff Sharon offered an exceptional service. The water front cottage is simply great regarding the views.

Perfect place to stay while in Munroe Island. We enjoyed our stay so much. The lovely guy in charge of the place looked after us in every detail. The location was great, surrounded by water back and front. You can do boating yourself on the smaller lake at the back, it was so much fun! And if you want to go boating around the island a local will take you around from the very front door or the resort around the small canals, then the river and the lake. It was amazing, specially around sunset time. The food in the place was amazing every single time we got even more impressed. You can tell how fresh the ingredients are! Just simply delicious. We can't find any fault on the place. We felt amazingly looked after, almost spoilt! Thanks!
