Went to the shop to get my car's head gasket leak problem fixed. The service representative was prompt, courteous and seemed knowledgeable. However, for some reason from the beginning itself, he was not keen on taking my car. He gave a lot of excuses saying he has to check each and everything with the car..and all his mechanics are busy. Though the problem is pretty evident, he kept complicating the situation saying so many other things could be wrong. I am not sure about their real intentions. But at least the representative should have been clear on his reason for refusing the repair.

Hello All, I have 110 PS 2014 adventure Model. Previously I got services done by ASC Madhapur, Kondapur and Ambarpet, somewhere I didn't get that wow feeling after service. My 60,000 km service was due and first approached ASC and later tried *MVSS*. After having so much good and bad experience in last 4 years with ASC, I Was definitely looking for some better service place for my car and after visiting *MVSS* felt that I am at the right place. First thing to notice was their way of examining the vehicle and recommending service was so much satisfactory. There was no push sale / service replacement, what was necessary and what might need to be changed in coming service was well explained. Also Explained on the genuine parts, makes etc they use for service. Below are the parts changed : Timing and Drive belt complete kit, Water pump, Tried Synthetic oil. All other regular items like Air filter, Oil Filter, Diesel filter, AC filter . WAB, Door allignment, Breaks Cleaning, Coolant etc. I recommend MVSS for better service Thanks
