WORST CONSUMER FORUM IN THE COUNTRY If HMShivakumaraswamy (Growiling Gur gur), DevakumarMC (silent sepctator), Bench Clerk Annapoorna (Laughing woman) are still there in this building, dont file your consumer complaint here. Highly arrogant President, has a audience in Annapoorna bench clerk laughing all the time. The president keep growling all the time as if he is sitting on cactus plant. This is no joke. Courts should have some decorum. Registrar has told that the president cant read English. Better to give complaint in Kannada. The president humiliates complainants, more importantly those who are teachers. Courts can be even like this, I came to know after going here.
