Best place to train in Mysore to train MMA . Coaches are very friendly. Atmosphere is great, everybody is very helpful and approachable. Gym is open for everyone of all ages , which is great !! I have trained in other mma gyms over the years and this one is far superior. Coach Sam is technically very sound. One of the nicest person I have ever known ! He's gonna kill you with his workouts. Warm up , Drill drill drill .. do it till you learn .. That's what you need to expect when you walk in ! They surely know what they're doing. The facilities and training methodologies are world class . It’s the only place I train in Mysore. Accept no substitute. Cant wait to go back tomorrow!!!

Best place to learn MMA if you are dedicated and are keen on learning martial art forms because the coaches here are the most dedicated and encouraging. They put in their 100% and ask for the same in return. If you doubt it I would suggest you try it for yourself (as you will know it’s true). Best facility and strong supportive teammates will surely help you reach your potential. I always look forward to being on the mats if you are also curious please do try (especially all the ladies coz the coaches will make you work according to your potential they help you understand your strength).

A dedicated coach and a strong, supportive team is what you get at Genesis. No matter what your level of fitness, you will be treated with respect, and made to sweat :) Personally (ahem! "as a female"), I appreciate that we are trained, and taken as seriously as the rest of the team. This is a progressive, positive environment, which is very hard to find in Mysore. Highly recommended!!! **edited Jan 2018: still with Genesis, still going strong. Have attended two national kickboxing tournaments and had a lovely time competing. Have taken part in a few mma fights which was absolutely amazing. Still highly recommended for building strength, confidence and skill! **
