We gave this outlet a shot today and weren’t disappointed at all.The ambience is pretty good with the dining more appealing. Talking about food we had ordered 1/4 chicken, epilada carnival, this tasted awesome and is definitely a hit in nandos, the sweet and creamy filling in the chicken will make you fall for it and drinks. Along with this we got four sides which tasted good as well. Must try!!

The chicken was fab but I don't like the rice texture and flavour. It was bland in taste. Chicken could be little more improved. And the service was not really up to the mark....need to improve... kind of disappointed on my valentine..

Experience of Dining in at Nando’s post Lockdown I visited Nando’s at Cyberhub recently, and as I entered I was first checked for my temperature by one of the staff members at the entry and then was asked to use the sanitizer before I moved forward to Look for where I would want to sit. Nando's was well prepared with their sitting plan, to ensure there were proper social distancing norms followed. They had skipped every two tables in between where you could dine. Also, the staff was well covered from top to bottom with their face shields and what not, they also have a separate serving table right beside where they are going to make you sit and the staff just uses a stand to keep all you orders on the serving table and then you are supposed to pick up your orders yourself and there's no direct point of contact with you servers that way. The menus have been removed and you could scan a code for a digital one to view on your mobile device, also they are not using the common sauce bottles that they used too, and instead giving out small jars of 4 different speciality sauces for you to use along with your meal. So this is how they are operating with the new safety measures in place, and there were not any compromises on the experience and the quality of food, after they have resumed their operation after the lockdown. So go and enjoy eating out pals ;)

Great food and ambience. The waiters were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of precautions were taken. Not too crowded, but good clientele. Extensive menu with a lot of options for vegetarians as well. Different spice levels for different people.

Staff is polite and courteous and the ambience is fine. As far as food is concerned, Nando's is a decent joint but nowhere near in having an amazing food experience. Their signature dish - the peri peri chicken - seemed a bit bland for an Indian taste pallette. Maybe if they add a little zing or atleast give an option to spice up, food would be much better.
