In July 2020, an unfortunate event triggered an abnormal change in me , rather my mind just couldn't stop controlling! My thought process had become all negative and would constantly worry about unnecessary things. One of my relative suggested to take an appointment with Dr.Vikas Deshmukh,I can be as honest as possible, he told me I m suffering from Panic Attacks and Anxiety.Trust me,I felt better within 2 months of medications.Still my visiting him with regular follow-ups. Experience with Dr.Vikas has been superly amazing. He listens carefully and catch the problem very clearly. I felt properly guided and cared. Very efficient psychiatrist. Wish him good time always. Visited for Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. In July 2019, an unfortunate event triggered an abnormal change in me which I, rather my mind just couldn't stop controlling! My thought process had become all negative and would constantly worry about unnecessary things. I even suffered from obsessive thoughts. So, I visited Dr. Vikas Deshmukh. He heard me calmly and patiently and told me what I was suffering from i.e Anxiety and OCD. He even made my dad realise that I need support and help. So I went on with the medicines with regular follow ups! I can be as honest as possible, I felt better within 2 months of medications. Within 6 months I was back on track. Currently I am visiting him for regular follow ups and getting better day by day. Dr. Vikas Deshmukh made me realise that having any kind of mental illness is completely a normal thing. The only solution is acceptance! Accepting that nothing is more important than your mental health! People are always out there to help you , you just need to speak up! More and more people should talk openly about it. There is nothing shameful about it or something to hide. If you had a constant stomach pain, wouldn't you go to the doctor? Its that simple. The taboo on subjects of mental health should not stop you from accessing appropriate care and medication. Mental health afflictions are just like any other ailment (like diabetes or heart disease) and getting timely treatment is extremely important! I thank Dr. Vikas Deshmukh a zillion times. Definitely will recommend him and I have already.

My mom is suffering from OCD since,October 2020..day by day her condition was becoming worst and she started thinking a lot about negative things and she started giving more attention on washing her hands and on cleanliness.. We all get so upset by her behavior and consulted a doctor in nashik but still is not recovering and situations is becoming more horrible. Dr. Vikas Deshmukh is an excellent Doctor. My mother now 64 years old has anxiety and sleep disorder since her 30s. We started consulting Dr. Deshmukh since 2014 and she has been very stable. Then came 2020, due to COVID situation and some unavoidable circumstances, she developed severe anxiety in Mid 2020. She had panic attacks and showed suicidal tendencies. Her health as a result deteriorated too. We quickly got in touch with Dr. Deshmukh and through his treatment and guidance, she is fairly stable now. Those who have related problem, i wish the best for their health. As being gone through this, i thoroughly understand the sitution and hence strongly recommend Dr. Deshmukh for his expertise.
