Pls dont buy lens from here. They charge high prices and provide you third grade lenses, by fooling customers. In case there are any issues and you come back, the personnel will say it is your fault and not ours.

Very bad quality and service. Within one year frame get breaks. They suggest me buy new frame without attend my quality concern. Don't waste money here. Very Unprofessional behaviour.

Please be more honest and upfront in dealing with your customers. I visited your Vashi (Sector 17) store as there was an issue with the nosepiece and temple of my specs. I enquired about a new frame. I was shown some new frames. I had no issues with the lenses of the specs - still the store made me undergo an eye exam just so that the lenses would be changed. The whole thing cost me almost Rs 30,000. In the meantime, the store employees got my older eyeglasses fixed so that I could use my old specs till the time the new specs arrived. If my own specs could be fixed without a new frame or lenses, why was I asked to undergo eye-testing and made to spend Rs 30,000 just for a pair of eyeglasses??? Why wasn't I told upfront that I could still use my older specs with just a bit of fixing? So what if I asked for a new frame? Shouldn't the store employees advise the customers in a proper manner? On top of that, the store employees were trying to pressurize me and my mother to make me choose photochromatic lenses, even lying to us that it won't cost anything more. I put my foot down and I refused to go for photochromatic lenses. Even the eye doctor was trying to influence me to go in for contact lenses when I have never worn contact lenses in my life. There was just a slight difference in power between my older specs and new specs - still the doctor tells me that I should stop wearing my older specs. What is this??? Just to make money, this is the way the store tries to cheat customers. Also, the eyeglasses are just too expensive. Even mobile phones are much more affordable than eyeglasses at this store. If I had known buying eyeglasses at Gangnar Eyenation costs so much, I would have never visited the store in the first place.

Purchased Oakley frames and crizal glasses from them in August 2018. When sold guarantee 1 year when defects poitned out warranty 6 months . They don't even keep a spare frame or even temples. Never get conned by glib salesmen here who sell pricy stuff .

Last year I bought two pairs of glasses in 2019 for Rs 16,000/- with a 12 month warranty.When I went to just get the sides tightened I was refused service citing that I must have deliberately damaged the piece.The service is pathetic and attitude is deceitful. Complete loot and scam.Please do not waste your money..

I have been a customer here since 15 years now. Even though the price was always higher, I have been a loyal customer mainly because of the customer service. But yesterday, I had a very bad experience with the staff in the store. Due to a busy schedule, we reached the shop 20 minutes before closing time and they were extremely unhappy about it! My mother wanted to get the lens of her specs replaced and we needed it within a week, which I assume is a pretty good time to get the lens done. We also had had a word with the manager a few days back about it. But they weren't able to confirm if that was possible, but wanted the advance anyway. When I brought to their notice that I wouldn't get it done if I don't get it when needed, they said that they would confirm the next day and then I have to visit again to pay the advance. I requested that I wouldn't be there in the city the next day and that they should start with the work as it is urgent. I told them that I would come and pay the advance as soon as I am back. This is the minimum a customer expects after having been a customer for such a long time now! But they refused blatantly saying that the old manager has been transferred and the new one wouldn't allow this! Well now I know where to not go again! A classic case of losing a customer when you value the 500 bucks advance more than the loyalty of the customer!

Pathetic service , Rude staff , its been over a months time we are requesting for getting a frame fixed which has some issues . They are not providing any services saying staff is away but they have staff for Making new glasses . Shiity ppl new customers are good but serving already paid client is not on there list . I could have bought 5 eye classes from lense kart at the cost of one i took from your store on the basis of expecting service.
