Consulted a doctor for my kid online and fees of rs. 500 taken. But no proper prescription was provided. She has even not provided frequency of the medicine. Really poor service and only money oriented. Just to clarify, Fees were paid to hospital account and not helper doctor. It is just that we were trying to reach her and she was not able to get back to us due to busy schedule. I don't think it's her mistake so would not like to blame her but hospital management should look into how patients can be communicated using a video calls instead of just phone calls and photograph in current situation.
