As discussed earlier with Dr Manish. He told us that medical charges will be charge on Medi-claim (cash less) But now he is not taking any responsibility related to this. Saying you need to pay 40,000 on cash basis’s. Now he is giving me suggestions to visit Medi City and take 3 lakh package. If you did not have a Medi-claim facility then why lied to us. Very Bad experience with your service. You have charge 40,000 to me but there is no relief to me.

I went there to consult Mr. Manish Gautam, skin specialist , two times (second time for follow up) . My experience is the lady sitting on reception doesnt know how to respond to a patient she was continuously on call and not even listening properly what we want to say. Doctor's time is 5:00 PM to 06:00 PM but he will not come before 06:00 PM. Who doesn't care about time I don't think they should be rated '0' ... Consultation wise he is ok. And yes despite having swiping machine they won't swipe card. So if after reading this you really want to go for consultation, carry cash.

Dr Anil Solanki is good and soft spoken but gives lots of medicines .... Dr Anupama Sathe is arrogant and rude, doesnt listen to patients complaints and draws own conclusions... not good experience with her...
