Yesterday, as Delhi faced heavy storm and rain mostly area was affected we are one of them but when we are trying to call in call Center no. It's busy several time & finally My complaint was locked at 9:15 pm and we got the complaint no but no one is coming to resolve the problem as in pole where the electricity comes was sparking and our meter was in non working condition. I would like to inform your that the technician is comes to resolve it at 6:45 am which means next day after 10 hours as my complaint was registered in emergency call. whole night we sever and trying to call customer care mostly 5 time my call log with customer care and that person told me it will resolve within 30 to 45 mints technician is near to your location. I am totally dispointed with services of tpddl.
