Had an excellent meal here tonight. All staff were very helpful in providing delicious suggestions. Live band was beautiful. Was served complimentary “street style food”. The waiter named Akshit noticed I had a cold and provided me with a traditional home remedy cold drink. Very thoughtful. Thank you for your hospitality!

Fabulous Mother’s Day lunch! They even honoured our Zomato Gold vouchers! Super food- great portions! Good service! Full marks to the chef! Pasta was a little bland but with a little personal tweaking came out great!

Well, it was a lousy experience at the restaurant in Artusi Gurgaon, One Horizon. Went for the Sunday brunch menu with a cousin (unlimited food option) and the service was lousy to say the least. 1. Had ordered non-spicy, non-chilli food and what I get is chopped red chillies. 2. From 1:15 pm to 3:00 pm I did not get the main course - reason - “the chef is very busy”. I finally did not complete the meal as well. I would suggest that they put a disclaimer that they customers should be ready to spend 4 hours for a meal 3. Had to remind at least 3 times to get the bill and even to the owner - though I did not finish the meal - The owner did not try to find out what went wrong... Be prepared to spend a good 3-4 hours for a meal. The staff or the owner does not care about the customer’s time. First time I have seen a high-end restaurant behave like that. Do not recommend going there. The food, I just had some soup and hardly any pasta (with the red chillies) is just ok. I am sure there are better places who respect a customer’s time.

If you love Italian and want to indulge in some authentic dishes then head to Artusi. The place makes their own pasta, owned by an italian, it's in the top 10 best restaurants in India list! I loved the pastas, meats and desserts here. The food goes excellent with the wine pairing from their vast wine menu. The service is really good as well.
