I visited Puri the holy city of Odisha where lakhs of pilgrims visit daily throughout the year toBhawan Jagannath Dham and other nearby numerous tourist attractions places. The digital payment modes are not popular here. Card swap machines are not working due to no fault repairing service of BSNLI as phones were not working since there were holidays on account of Republic Day and Sunday etc. Banks too were closed and there was no sufficient cash in ATMs. How can we dream of digital India. We are simply wasting money on campaigns without doing SUFFICIENT work on the ground and reviewing the realities.
