They ensure that every patient is comfortable every step of the way. My entire experience from surgery till follow ups was very pleasant and surgery was also smooth

If you have the medical insurance this is the best place to operate your or your loved one's eyes. Very systematic process and a good selection of Doctors. Recommend this place to people who need their eyes to be operated. Not tried the opticians outlet so cannot comment on that.
Few Tips before you visit: 1. CONSULTANCY DAY 01: -1 star It seems Corona is gone from this hospital. 1. There are approx 50 people on single floor (sitting and standing). 2. No check on entrance whether anyone has fever or not 3. No use of appointment.. they entertain everyone at any time 4. Not cleaning equipments properly after one patient 2. ON SURGERY DAY: -1 star Very bad experience with Billing staff. I have insurance for surgery and still I paid whole amount in advance, to avoid any delay for OT. Post OT they asked me to wait for 3 hours because there is pending approval from Insurance. I mentioned that I already paid full amount in cash, which means you can discharge patient but they denied before Final approval from Insurance- If I have paid already then why wait? If they approve then return me later else keep my all advance 3. MEDICINE -1 star all medicine here are at MRP 6500 INR after surgery. 4. DOCTOR and rest of the staff 1 star They are good and professional. They are nice to talk 5. MANAGEMENT: -1 star lot of here and there with papers and patient you have to do.. Go to 1st floor then 2nd then 5th then 2nd.. Unnecessary test that I noticed before Surgery Overall: Not very good experience due to OT day and it’s not economical hospital. Doctors are good, but worth trying other near popular ones.

Centre For Sight Eye Care centre and institute is a very renowned and respected eye care centre amongst top eye care centres. It has established it's name by dedicated work and positive results for its patients and employees as well. That being said, please don't take me an employee of Centre For Sight, I'm not. I am a satisfied patient who like you (reader) was quite skeptical about going for my eye care treatment. But after the treatment, i there on held a very positive view about this centre (Dwarka Sec-9 centre). My family members have also chosen their miniscule eye treatments from this very place and have never been disappointed by the doctors or the staff alike. Demographically, it is located just a cut from the main road and is very much visible from far away as well. Parking space is quite ample (for now at least, with population growing exponentially in Dwarka as well). The guards are polite and well mannered. They are always active and behave in a very active manner (what I OBSERVED). Hygienically speaking, the cleanliness is kept top notch with workers after certain hours cleaning the inside and outside on a very regular basis. The safety measures are very much up to date and employees are well aware about the handling they require in case of an emergency situation.
