You have scammers working your station. A guy at west stands near the west entrance in front of the x-ray machine. He told me my ticket wasn't valid and to go to counter 68, where there is another man who told me my train was cancelled, and my ticket wasn't valid for foreigners. They wanted to put me in a taxi to go somewhere. Neither had a uniform so I told them where to go, and stunt for my train. Why don't you go and shut them down?

We just got scammed today at Delhi Railway Station (Train to Jaipur,)... we couldn't get past x-ray man @ machine as he told us our train was cancelled .. & to go to another counter ... advised by next man train was also cancelled and we had to go to old Delhi Railway Station to get next train ... but first we needed to go in past Tourist Office for refund and organise new ticket... on doing so apparently there was no seats on train left, so because we had a hotel and trips pre-booked at Jaipur they organised a car to rake us how helpful eh? at a cost of 17500 Rupees. 2 more couples also came in past saying train had been cancelled... Why have these guys at Railway Station not been arrested if this scam is going on,? Travellers from Scotland
Respected sir, Am sorry to say this,In front of your office the passengers are cheated and threatened by local ticket booking peoples.They are taking the passenger to their office for providing tickets.but from there they starts threatening for money.And the duty officers standing like helpless....I don't know what kind of background support they are getting..anyway my first visit in capital of India becomes memorable
