Pathetic Custome Service, made contact no. paid This something very cheap I see with den boomband, they dont have enough money to manage a toll free no. service. moreover they made their toll free no. paid which is always busy, I mean there is no IVR over the call it only says the no. is busy please try again later, as if there is only one person sitting to help all india who is busy in the toilet cleaning., i have never seen such pathetic service. even speedpost works well, even god listens your prayer but den boomband dont.
