Dr. Nivedita and Dr. Jay shree treated me for acne and acne scars. Its nearly 80 percent gone. My issues were horrible and their patience was really good. I am so thankful. Love you ma'am.

Dctrs are gud bt staff if not cooperative.. no one is here to help or listen something... waiting time is too long or on first come first serve basis..every visit tooks 1 to 1 nd half hour of waiting. No appointment system is there.....In short my overall experience is bad here.....

I have definitely been your patient few year back.. from few years back I mean 2018-2019 and not older then that...i took the package for face treatment... i visited Dr for months for the treatment and never saw any improvement...and ultimately I quit. Dr is polite and nice to talk to but I used to visit her from Gurgaon and then I had to wait for my turn even if I had an appointment scheduled....it wasn't a good experience for me at all..

I went for my toenail surgery there and after 15 days it again started to grow back. I was told it would never come back then i went on to consult nearby doctor and now it is fine. My nearby doctor told me the way my nail was cut was not properly detached from my toenail that is why it came back and again i had to remove it. The bill i got after treatment it was mentioned procedure. There was nothing mentioned what kind of procedure it was. It troubled me while claiming the treatment cost from my company. Let me show you consultation bill. Where it is written what kind of consultation in the description box. The level of mismanagement. The whole emphasis was on collecting payment from customer. Utterly disappointed with the treatment i got given the fact of the rating of the clinic 5/5. There was nothing that made me feel this is rated 5/5 in delhi. This was my horrible experience while other’s may be different. Suggestion : try to gain patients’s trust and not rating.
