One of the best oncologist of the country undoubtedly. His approach towards patients and diagnosis both are appreciable. My mother was operated for chest wall tumour under his supervision in 2006 and since then with regular follow ups she is stable. Besides Dr koul is a very gentle, sober and helpful person.
