Though bookings are made in advance and patients have to be sure to reach on time to clinic. however, on the the other hand Dr Chawla has no responsibility or whatsoever to reach his clinic on time. He is usually late or never appears. Patients are made to sit idle for long hours even in this pandemic situation. Staff has no clue regarding the location of Dr Chawla. Seems the only thing they care about is money and making people sit for long hours. Horrible experience. Do visit only if you have ample time to kill.
Staff is good but dr sanjeev chawla so arogant, rude person. If u ask some doubts or question about ur disease or treatment gets so hyper. Always talks by indicating word TU or Tere ko no matter what's ur age.
