AV Auto Spa

Extremely poor service. Gave them my Omega Seamaster for battery replacement and a pin to be put in the bracelet. After keeping it for 2 days, when I went to collect it, was told that they don’t have spares so can’t be repaired. I was then told to send a photo of the watch along with the model and serial number of the watch. Post sharing it with them, they didn’t respond on the mail for a week, when I went to them, the person on the front desk said he doesn’t have access to the mail. I showed him and post fiddling around on the system, he tells me the cost and I told him that is fine but get it repaired. Post back and forth for 20 mins, they tell me to go to the Swatch office 2 blocks away and they will repair it. Now I am clueless as to how Swatch can repair an Omega watch. Omega india needs to appoint correct service partners.

Really bad service They call people to their square one mall and tell them leave your Rolex and wait for estimate On phone they say come and will fix it right away

Kept my watch for more than 7 weeks without any update on the repairs. Nobody takes the call if you try and call them. Finally, I had to go and collect my watch broken. Won’t recommend.
