I would love to write this review for Fast-track bus services from Delhi to nainital . My first experience is awsome with the perfect hospitality provided by fast-track travels, clean sanetised bus perfect on time pick up drop affordable and worth fare as per the amenities and also the behaviour of the entire staff. I just loved it . More over to it I would recommend only fast-track travels if anybody who is traveling from Delhi to Nainital or Nainital to Delhi. And also I just want to say thank you to fast-track travels staff to helping me out in a situation where no one can help and I might have charged double for my mistake . I have to book ticket from Nainital to Delhi but due to some error I booked it from Delhi to nainital on 21/11/2020 and also I could not cancel the ticket as it already less than 12 hours to cancel . Initially I booked this ticket from MakeMyTrip so they suggested me to contact fast-track and I called them they treated me well and helped me as I am there family member I want to say thank you to AHMED ALI BHAI he not only booked my tickets from Nainital to Delhi in an emergency with out cancelling those incorrect tiket but also provided me 21 sleeper seat with luxrious facilities and adjusted my amount to new booking . No one will believe it but it happened to me and I think a thank you is not enough for this help so I am writing this so that others can also understand before they book their tickets. Thank you once again Fast-track .

Worst experience. Glasses were not closing in sleepers. The worst thing was service. One of our members was ill and hence I asked the fastrack owner to provide a seat not above the wheels. He said he has given us the seats beside the wheels only but indeed he gave us the worst back seats above the wheels. He claimed this is air suspension bus and we can't feel pumping but literally our friend got more ill after this trip. And we had to go through bad experience. Points to avoid fastrack. 1. Poor services 2. Poor inside infrastructure 3. Unprofessional Courtesy. 4. Wicked People.
