Worst service people I had ever visited , they never adhere to there own words , totally unprofessional, I got my windows installed near Diwali last year and one of the window is giving problem and inspite of having personally visited and requested them get it rite they didn't bother even after 2 weeks. You can understand there service level. I had met Mr Aditya of Fenesta .

We are constructing our house in Delhi Green Park. Very very poor service and quality. Clear glass installed instead of frosted glass and vice versa. No one coming to give the handovers. Multiple calls since months but no response. Why the hell will people pay heavy prices for this ridiculous service. Similar quality is available at half the prices. Do not trust the marketing agent. They confirmed that separate team will be coming for quality checks and all, there has been not a single visit since 2 years. We are about to shift and still stuck with fenesta. I think people pay these prices only for the support and quality which is very very bad.. Sheer customer harassment. Avoid at all cost.!!!

When I entered, it felt like someone had smoked a cigarette just before we go in. Overall staff was courteous but smoking in showroom should be prohibited.
