It was a pretty experience.. Their bus is more comfortable for senior citizen. because we were 8 people and along with my 70 years old mother.. very good bus in sleeper class. Thank you Gold star. Sanjeev Kumar singh
First thing, the bus conductor didn't even put my luggages in the luggage compartment, the bus also didn't stop at the right destination (Phagwara) and exceeded the desired location due to the negligence of the conductor. Thankfully, the Sardar driver was polite and kind enough to drop me off at the desired location. Ratings cannot be given at PayTM and that's a big problem because the customer service is really poor.
Got a ticket via Paytm for my mother from Delhi to Amritsar for AC Sleeper. First, the bus manager had changed the seat number on his own and then he denied accommodating my 2 year old son accompanying her despite all passengers pleading to take my son along. He was insisting that ticket for my 2 year old should also be bought otherwise we should deboard the bus. It was only strong resistance from fellow passengers against his injustice and arrogance that he agreed to accommodate them on last sleeper of the bus which never has full leg space. Secondly, the bus never leaves on time. On paytm 10.15 pm was departure time, while he never leaves before 11.15 pm. It was biggest mistake to book this bus. Paytm deactivated 'RATING' option for this bus operator and I couldnt put his rating there also. Good part was that driver who was a Sardar ji never misbehaved with my mother and son and was very polite.
