The diagnosis was great. The person came directly to home to attach the test gadget and took it back the next day. He was very polite and gentle.
Great service from Sharad Thirbole and his team. Sent a lady tech as it was for my mother. The device unobtrusive and allows you to lead a normal daily routine.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience. We had the monitor hooked up to an elderly relative, hookup process was fast. That was the only good experience. The problem is the representative, Vasant has no respect for customer’s time. He said he will be able to send the report once the monitor was handed to him in 30-60 minutes but kept pushing it hour after hour from 11 am to 1:45 pm. He should have simply said it will take that long, so we could have planned our day. Instead he kept saying it will be soon and kept pushing the time. Just aggravating. Finally I had to talk to the doctor and complete the required process without the report with a potential for things to change if report has anything unexpected. They charged 5000 for 1 day of monitoring. This is a racket. Vasant also said he will give the receipt in the evening which he promptly changed to ‘tomorrow sure’. Let me see what the receipt looks like and update the post. I guess it is just the way things are done here. No apologies, no respect for time. I do not recommend doing business with them even though the doctors involved will ‘point’ to these folks without giving you a choice. As I said this whole thing is a racket. Update after response from service provider. 7th Aug: You are missing the point of the review. Vasant should have told me it will take till 1:45 pm instead of 11, then 12, then ‘before 1pm sure’.. and turn it around at 1:45. I would planned my day better if he knew to respect customer’s time. I just stood there waiting believing his misleading time estimates. And know to apologize instead of giving excuses. Please train your reps properly to know not to give misleading estimates, respect time and offer apologies as appropriate.

Your team have been very helpful and professional during the haulter setup. The instrument was good, the only observation that I have that it caused lot of itchiness and little movement in the instrument have caused spike in the rythm recording. Overall experience is good. Thanks
Positive side: the results were comprehensive and allowed good diagnosis quickly. Improvement possibilities: 1. First time the patch fell off during the night. The next time it stayed for the entire duration. I still don't know why the patch fell off - we wasted time and effort. 2. The second patch has left a rash across my chest that hasnt't yet gone after two days of removal. You should consider using a hypo-allergenic version for those people who cannot tolerate the usual adhesives applied in the patch.
Very professional. Mr. Ravi Shankar the Director of the company himself reached out for support, met me to handover the device, explain the process etc. The report was sent on time as committed with no need to follow-up. I'm not his friend or relative so please treat this review as authentic.
