I have had the privilege of having stayed here for about six months. During my sojourn, being a freelance editor, all that I needed was tranquillity and a rather conducive atmosphere for my work. I feared at first coming from a place hundreds of kilometres away from New Delhi. However, soon, this place, far away from the hue and cry of the metropolis, turned out to be a source of creativity for me. Not only is the owner reasonably supportive and empathetic but he also treats every tenant as his own family member. Therefore, no renter here can ever feel alienated or uncomfortable. When it comes to the location of the PG, let me tell you that the Uttam Nagar East metro station is barely a half kilometre away. You have all kinds of shops, bazaars, coaching centres, and public transport services available at this home-like PG. Apart from that, there are some wonderful restaurants nearby, where you can dine relentlessly every weekend—or perhaps every day, if you are a food-lover like me. The others staying in the PG were mostly professionals, or some brilliant students preparing for some of the most prestigious examinations in India. Thus, I had an advantage of being with people who could never be a distress at all when it came to peace. Anyone staying in this place, I am sure, will say the same as I have said. As I have seen conspicuously, every stay of every tenant here is always but a delight.

A perfect PG like a family Recently I visited at New Delhi for my study. I was searching a quite and good PG or hotel. I get to stay at this wonderful family run guest house (The Innovative Paying Guest) in a prime location at Uttam Nagar. Friendly, welcoming hosts - the entire family was super nice and helpful, specially the owner (Mr. Naveen Gupta) is very sweet and co-operative. Excellent location, very close to Uttam Nagar East Metro Station - this is one of the busiest Metro Station, but also the most chill and for me also the nicest. My room was big enough i.e. 15x12 feet, clean, hygienic and had good running hot and cold water. This place really was the perfect place. A beautiful warm family all full of smiles and so hospitable. Such gentle and lovely people who well kept and obviously cared for property. Couldn't be happier with my stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again with these people. Much love and peace.
