It is realizing this immense opportunity for business and trade in Africa that the initiative of setting up AFRICA BUSINESS CELL (ABC) has been taken. It is a first of its kind initiative across any B-School in India launched in presence of ambassadors of seven African countries at IIFT Delhi.  Mission Contribute to India’s external sector by promoting Africa as an attractive business destination and act as a single-stop knowledge resource centre on Africa for both students as well as corporates.  Objectives of the cell 1.To act as a knowledge resource centre on Africa for both students as well as corporates 2.Conduct sector-specific research and provide consulting services for corporates already present in Africa or looking to expand in Africa 3.To promote Africa as an attractive business destination 4.To ensure increased engagement between the students and the delegates from embassies and the corporate world in the form of guest lectures 5.Provide a platform to the students where they can discuss the information about Africa and identify the opportunities that lie in Africa for them
