Located at congested place. Bit difficult to identify as no significant hoardings. Service centre is well equipped and Service Advisors are mostly okay, except few over smart yet dumb ones. Nothing significantly different from the other typical service centres.

First and foremost the place is damn difficult to locate and the streets around are always crowded by tempos and trucks so good luck trying to manoeuvre around them. They welcome you with such great smiles that you will soon be thinking that you are in safe hands but sorry to say you are not. You will soon be asked to sit in the lobby and then you would keep waiting while the staff around you comes and goes. After waiting for around 20 mins you would be asked if that is your vehicle. After which you would be walked to your vehicle by the service advisor. The purpose of the advisor appears not to be to address your grievances but to cautiously take a note of the scratches and dents on your vehicle so you can't claim anything later on. Hoping, for the better, I still proceeded with explaining my problems which hopefully will be addressed. For a normal paid service of Fiat Punto Evo Petrol, I was given an estimate of 10,500/- . This is apart from the complaints I explained. N wait for the shocker, when asked about wheel balancing and alignment, which was the main issue with the vehicle, I was told these services are not yet available at the centre. Then what are the labour charges supposed to be for? Just oil updates and general cleaning? What's worse is they don't tell you about this uphand, they wanna hide this fact. I went this time and this shall be the last time am trusting these people with my vehicle, never going there again. And won't recommend either.
