The Most Unprofessional, Unethical Testing Laboratory even seen ! There is Zero Level of Professionalism. They were highly negligent of my reports. This incident was repeated Twice. The results keep changing as per their convenience. I would never suggest anyone to avail their services !

This is regarding home collection. I must say I have never come across a more pathetic service deliverer. They said the personnel will come by 2:30 pm but he dint. I kept calling them to check where he is . Every time I called a different person would pick up and ask me the same details again and again. They would ask me to wait and then disconnect the phone. This happened till 5:30 by when I had called the lab over 6 times. I tried the next morning also but to no avail. Really disappointing service.

Very bad service with false reports and bogus explanation. Don’t recommend at all. Just so you guys know what I had to go through, they gave me positive report even though I didn’t have any symptoms. I had to cancel my international flight and couldn’t start my job. Next day me and my entire family went for test somewhere else and result came negative and after I asked for explanation because one wrong report from them costed me lakh of rupees their reply was ah maybe you got cured in 1 day....!!!!!!! DONT GO AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
