Very nice hospital with well equipped facilities and very experienced doctor. Hospital is fully furnished like 5 star hotels, premises is nicely managed for patients comfort. Food chain and coffee shop available inside. ATM facilities are available inside. It's a Multi specialty hospital so all segment of doctor available inside. All the staff and Doctor very humble to the patients.

A comparatively new corporate, multi specialist hospital in Delhi, located in Dwarka. The hospital has a swanky new building of 9 floors and 3 basements for parking. The reception is well managed in a huge atrium with plenty of seating arrangements. Foreigners have a separate lounge. Plenty of dining and lounging facilities. I house pharmacy is well managed. I had a first hand experience for admitting my wife in emergency, taking her in ward and a stay in the hospital. The emergency has well trained staff who are prompt and efficient. Finding a bed is however subject a challenge. Indoor facilities are excellent. Functioning is as per protocols of this chain of hospitals. However, this was found to be bureaucratic and sometimes frustrating by us. Most doctors, nurses and other staff were extremely courteous. We did have an extremely bad experience with one specialist and the same was brought to the notice of the hospital authorities in their written feedback proforma at the time of discharge as well as online on their request. However we yet to be contacted.
I am consulting a doctor here for my father. I am surprised by the poise of doctors here. They answer all our questions very calmly and ensure we are clear about diagnosis and treatment protocols.
My brother met with an accident and was wheeled in to the ICU. My family were worried. But the doctors and staff assured us everything will be fine. They gave us the confidence. With the help of skilled doctors, my brother recovered.
This hospital is best for gynecologist. My nephew's delivery was done in a critical situation after 10 days in incubator with immature lungs he is fine and healthy now. Good doctor but the hospital is expensive, well it offers good service according to the price.
