Let me tell you how poor on customer, animal and human services this people are. They removed my dad dog from the house (AMERICAN BULLY) on Jun 25; it got reported by a neighbor saying he is a Pitbull. They tool him EVEN WHEN THE BIRTH certificated clarify that he is NOT and they said we have to wait for a hearing. This is a Emotional services dog for a Veteran!!!! He has been going to this place DAILY (when they’re open) to see the dog and to get information on when he can get it back and this people are just plain NASTY and uneducated. They are rude and treat the dogs like garbage. We still waiting for this “letter” on when is the hearing and when we call the person in charge of the case someone who you just can understand his voicemail (Maddenley. Or Madnley) never call back never available ever has the education or decency to just return a call to let us know the next step. My Dad serve this country for 35 years, he serve to keep this country save for this people who are treating him like garbage because he have a dog that looks like a pit-bull, the fact that they hate pits that much is concerning!!!!!!! They are loving dogs and it all start from the house. I have been calling since this is getting my dad very depressed and we are worried about him, this is not a joke for us this is a family member, we want him back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The fact that they can come to our home and do this and expect us to wait like nothing happenings is frustrating and concerning. How can this place stay open? How can they have poor management? How can they treat the dogs so badly? Where are the real animal lovers who want to help for the well been of those poor dogs, cat and other they have?
