I was surprised to see the hospital matching the appearance of any good pvt hospital, but was not happy to see the support staff not supporting the patients. In emergency there is no support staff to assist patients and they have to search for the wheel chair etc on their own. Will be great if more support staffs with accoutability are posted with proper monitoring. The wash rooms are very well built but again the maintenance is very poor, the urinary outlet has not been properly inserted into the slot which results in the same poring out and no staff was available to whom it can be said

The hospital does not have basic facility for MRI and CT Scan. The lower lever staff (pharmacist, compounder, ward members etc) is rude and don't have 1% sense of responsibility. Somehow Jr Doctors are pulling it off. This hospital should be made private. Railway can't manage it. Union baji aur makkari se hospital to nahi chala sakte aap.
