if you are ordering in bulk then they will treat you like god. I wanted a toy for my daughter and went there, initially I was told they dont have it and might take 15 days to get it because of the school season, after that I was told to wait for a month to get that. I assure you, even if I wait another month for this, nothing will happen just because I wanted a toy for personal use and not a school giving bulk orders. Maybe its me misinterpreting their behavior but this is what i felt from my experience with them.
