I had taken two session/consultation and after that the country locked down, I understand that they are not able to examine during lock down days but one day I saw there whatsApp status that they are giving video consultation so I asked them because I was suffering from aggressive hair loss. I asked multiple times for fixing my appointment with doctor but they never fixed... My hair lines got receded Only the one can understand my problem who is also suffering from hair loss. My hair line is receding gradually and I m really very worried about it... I wanna give 0 rating to their Professionalism.... Sorry for my bad English....
