I have shopped for the store in Lajpat Nagar. I brought 15-20 items and asked them to courier the items as they were fragile and heavy keeping a good faith on them. I received courier all the items reached safely except six coffee mugs worth rupee 4000 which where missing. So I called thinking it might be a logistic issue but they responded with there is no issue on their end, everything has been spent and at this point there is no option left with me to claim them .It’s a matter of trust not the money .. and which is broken here..
