Had visited this place for a Book Launch. Even though Google Maps lists it as Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, the organisers mentioned it as Jawahar Bhawan. The venue is very well maintained and the hall is spacious with comfortable seats. I believe that the i-Parliament takes place here annually. The connectivity is also impeccable and it'll take you around 5 minutes to reach here from Central Secretariat Metro Station on foot.
