I purchased Reach Massage chair after using the chair in Select Citywalk Mall with their pay per use service and I have had very good experience and decided to buy after using it for 2-3 times .I must say their whole team, including the installation personnel, were very polite and patient. They explained the functions of the chair very well.The Bluetooth speakers are amazing. I loved the zero gravity feature in particular. All different combination of massage function is so relaxing that I fell asleep in the chair itself!!!
