It has been the worst experience with them. I have bought furniture from many in last one month but no one haa been so unprofessional. When we were buying, they talked about quality and service. But i have bad experience in both. Firstly they committed for a delivery date but did not deliver. And no one bothered to inform. I had to follow up multiple times for this. Then there was goof up with the cartridge and it led to confusion. Thirdly, when we inspected, we found that chair was broken and table tape was comming out. I complained of the same that very day. It took me 3 days, multiple calls, various ping pongs to finally have them acknowledge that there is an issue. After that I am waiting for someone to come and fix those. It has been 2 weeks since they committed of coming and fixing it. I tried to call them few times to remind but every time I am getting false commitments. Now i am tired of contacting them and would get it fixed on my own. But i would strongly recommend not to believe them. I ma not going to buy anything from them in future.
