The person who does ultrasound is pathetic and rude. The facilities are of lowest quality and attitude of staff is breaking the roof. Just avoid it and go for other centres.

I'm writing this review to express my utter disappointment, horrible experience, & witnessing the worst experience in dealing with RMC DIAGNOSTICS AND CT CENTER REGISTRATION NO:DL/SED/14/2014-15 At Crib hospital shaheen bagh New Delhi - 25 I have visited the center on 13-5-2019, to get the ultra sound of my wife done. They did the ultra sound, though not informed me when to visit for the next date. When my doctor advised me to go again and ask to do one more time. They kept me in queue for very long time, as it seems they don't want to do the ultra sound again. Treating patient like new patient and follow the whole long queue one more time. Ask me to come again on 17-5-2019, and I had to follow the same long queue one more time. Even as I discussed with my doctor, I was informed that they did more than what was prescribed by my doctor simply to make more money. Since i was not accepting this much of fees, so i had to pay more. When I compaint against this they offered me 300 rupees refund which I did not take. To add insult to injury, the behavior of their staff is absolutely unprofessional. I don't know everyone by their name because they don't show their Identity on their uniform (that’s supposed to be). But there are few girls at the reception area like Sayna, Daraksha, being working at reception they behave rudely inhuman. I would like to bring this to kind attention of Dr. Khalid Anjum Usmani (Director) of Crib hospital Shaheen bagh new Delhi 25. As RMC DIAGNOSTICS AND CT CENTER, is in operation in your hospital’s building. You are requested to take care of such things since it’s your accountability, and ensure quality health service, which must be your first priority. I hope you understand.

Very bad experience.... charges are very high...they charged 600 for one feet X-RAY.
