I visited Saral Diagnostics for my lab test last week.It was a good experience for me. Services were Excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall it was a good experience for me. I would definitely recommend Saral Diagnostics to everyone..

Very poor in every respect. The building is in shambles, the place is dirty, no social distancing in place, no data protection, links of the report being sent to wrong mobile number, card and currency payments are without any sanitisation. Covid19 test is conducted outside in open. The process is reasonable but staff is not properly trained or given necessary tools to manage the process.

Other staff behaviour is good execpt Mr. Dr. Tej... He is don't know the way of talking with their patients..The person accompanying the patient should be allowed to stay with the patient, not to be told to wait in the parking lot. .. peoples have to wait for 3 hours for the USG test due to which there is a lot of crowd in this corona period..
