I went to Sincerely Bridal to choose a wedding gown for myself. I was a bit disappointed because of these things... 1. They did not have a catalogue of design options that were available for wedding gowns. I did not have anything particular in mind but didn't get much help from there for choosing a design. I was asked to look at their social media pages. But it is difficult to choose a design from wedding pictures of brides posted in social media. It will be very helpful if there is a proper book which has gown designs so that it becomes easier for customers to pick and choose designs of their liking. 2. I was informed that trial option will not be available for me because they don't have gowns of my size i.e. XXL. I guess it will be good if you have sample pieces for bigger sizes if you provide trial options to first time customers. 3. I had budgetary constraints and I felt the design options available for me in the store was minimal. Since I was told that gowns have different prices according to their fabric...it would have been good if I was shown samples of fabric/gowns with different fabric type (along with estimated prices) available in my budget. Samples of fabric/gowns with different cloth type (along with their estimated prices) SHOULD be shown to customers without them asking. That would be really helpful for customers to choose a wedding dress according to their budget needs. (I was shown sample of laces available for gowns. But Not fabric for gown). FYI, I have no idea about the fabric that will be used in the gown that I have ordered from your place. I sincerely expected better customer service since the reviews were so good in Google. Will definitely put a review once my gown is made.
