Registration, Challan Generation, KYC, Audit and inspection under ESIC Act, and State Shop act; 3. To understand and define the applicability of the relevant employment and Labour laws and accordingly provide advice to the Company for maintenance of required statutory records; 4. Creation of a periodical tracker for all the relevant challans, filings & returns, notices, filed/received with the concerned officers under various Labour laws and take required steps for compliance management; 5. Conduct quarterly internal audit for applicable Labour compliance and submission of the report to the Company; 6. Provide an update of all amendments, changes, ordinances, notifications, new guidelines and procedures under the Labour laws; 7. Liaison and interface, on behalf of the Company, with designated officers, constituted as the appropriate authority under respective Labour laws and being present wherever necessary in the event of an inspection in the Company, assisting in clarifying any queries that may be raised by the officers in the event of an audit or inspection of the Company; 8. Any other legal support and/or assistance with respect to Labour laws that may be required by the Company on a day to day basis.
